This website presents various aspects of my 2012-2013 Teacher Leadership Program (TLP) Project.
The goal of this project was to enhance students' learning through the use of technology.
During a TLP session, I was introduced to the website Padlet. Padlet is a "digital corkboard," which means that it is a website on which various users may post notes. For my purposes, I chose Padlet's private setting so that my students' posted notes are only visible to users with the unique url of each page. I used Padlet for a variety of activities, but I have chosen to showcase my use of Padlet with vocabulary, roots/affixes, and literature circles. For more information on how we specifically used Padlet in the classroom, visit the "vocabulary," "roots and affixes," and "literature circles" pages (accessible through the top toolbar).
